P34 Silverstone 1976

Rob Ryder took these four pictures at the 1976 International Trophy meeting at Silverstone.

The P34 did not race, but was on display in the paddock, they are quite unique as they show the car with the large (tea-pot-style) air intake.
As far as I know the car never raced in a Grand Prix in this configuration which makes me wonder if this car was the original prototype.
